Fortis Clothing began life in 1997 as a small farm-based venture producing personalised tyre covers and rugged seat protectors, born out of rural ingenuity. What started as “Country Covers” gradually evolved into something far more specialised—a dedicated manufacturing operation producing tough, dependable outdoor garments from military-grade fabrics. By 2004, the business expanded into a full workshop and showroom in a converted lambing barn on the family farm, where skilled makers still produce every piece today.
