Introduction
These terms and conditions apply between you, the User of this Website (including any sub-domains, unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions), and Ian Coley Sporting Ltd., the owner and operator of this Website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they affect your legal rights. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately. In these terms and conditions, the ‘Website’ means www.iancoleycountry.co.uk
Description of Products
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that descriptions and specifications of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system.
Colours of products on the Website are displayed as accurately as possible, however slight variations may occur. The colours you see will depend on your monitor settings and we cannot therefore guarantee this will always accurately reflect the actual colour.
We reserve the right to vary the dimensions, specifications, descriptions and prices of products displayed on our Website without prior notice.
Tax Charges and Currency
All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless the product is zero rated or product is being viewed on international site. VAT applies to the United Kingdom (UK) and its territories and is currently set at 20%. We reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly.
UK VAT does not apply to countries outside of the UK and will be deducted from orders delivered outside the UK. Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to the destination countries import duties and other local taxes and that any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient to pay.
Order Fulfilment
We strive to ensure that stock levels on the Website are current, however we accept no liability from our inability to supply goods due to lack of stock other than returning any payments made to you.
Restrictions
If an item that we stock has an age restriction, we will require age verification before we can complete orders.

International Customs Charges
Ian Coley Country / Ian Coley Sporting Ltd. are not responsible for any charges required by your country for importing goods. It is your full responsibility to verify these prior to placing your order.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned, and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local post office for more information.
Delivery to Business Addresses and Multiple Occupation Building
If you are having your parcel delivered to a business address or multiple occupancy building, please be aware that the delivery service will deliver to the address and not necessarily to the named recipient.
Anyone in the building can sign for the parcel to confirm its receipt, and the delivery service consider an item delivered once a signature at the designated address is achieved.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are available to sign at the delivery address, or to obtain the delivered parcel from the signatory.
Signature Upon Delivery
The delivery person will log your name or obtain a signature upon delivery. If you miss the delivery person, a card will be left to give you instructions to either arrange a redelivery or to collect it from your local sorting office / delivery depot.
Missed Deliveries
If for any reason an item is returned to us (for example, the incorrect address was specified or a signature was unobtainable and subsequent re-delivery/collection not completed), then we will inform you by email when we receive the item.
We will then attempt to re-dispatch. If the parcel is undelivered again, we reserve the right to charge additional delivery charges for subsequent deliveries.
Please note that where items are undelivered through fault of the customer and a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.
Denial of Receipt
Denial of receipt circumstances will be mediated by the delivery service and we cannot take any action until they have confirmed whether the parcel was received.
Late Deliveries
Although we ship most orders in the specified delivery timescale, in very rare circumstances there may be a delay. Delays also sometimes occur within the delivery service, and this is unfortunately beyond our control.
There will be no compensation for late dispatch or delivery. Compensation will not be provided to cover consequential losses, for example, time taken off work to receive deliveries or if the item is intended as a gift and arrives late.
Lost Deliveries
Unfortunately, as with all delivery services, there are rare circumstances where parcels are lost completely. Under these circumstances, we will endeavour to ensure that the item is delivered to you as soon as possible by contacting the delivery service and attempting to locate your parcel.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please return it within 28 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange or refund.
To return or exchange an item, just follow these 3 easy steps:
- Fill in the returns form enclosed in your parcel or download one here
- Securely pack the item, ensuring that it has sufficient protection to arrive back with us safely. Items must be returned in a re-saleable condition – undamaged, unused and with all original packaging and labelling intact.
- Affix the enclosed Returns Label to your parcel or send to the address below. Please note that postage is not paid. All goods are returned at your own risk, so we strongly recommend using a tracked / insured delivery service.
